Dear Parents,
Our MUSIC summer camp is open to children with or without musical knowledge, age from 5 – 12 years old. Both full day or 1/2 day camps are available. The 1/2 day camp is offered for a morning or afternoon session (for afternoon session only the price is our regular for private or semi-private class) of your choice.
These camps are open for registration now and minimum requirements for enrollment is 6 and maximum is 10 children per camp. First come, first served!!!
Following is a brief introduction of our summer camp:
– Morning session: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Talent Quest Music Program – Our camp counselor will introduce music theory and fundamental knowledge in various musical instruments to the campers through fun musical games.
– Lunch time: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch is provided by the parents but It will be under our camp counselor supervision.
– Afternoon session: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Semi private music lessons – we will divide the group into 2, 3 or 4 campers per group for music lessons, learning two popular musical instruments between 1:00-2:00 pm for one instrument and 2:00-3:00 pm for another instrument. These sessions are equivalent to the regular music lessons that we offer during our regular school year. This will be a great opportunity for your children to get a head start in their music education journey from the summer onwards.
Rates:
– 1/2 day camp (9:00am – 1:00pm) – $295.00 per camp for 1 week (5 days) + $35 Registration Fee per familly
– Full day camp (9:00am – 3:00pm) – $295.00 per camp for 1/2day (5 days)+ $55 per day for 2 hours of semi-private lessons + $35 Registration Fee per familly
– 1/2 day camp (9:00am – 1:00pm) – $550.00 per camp for 2 weeks (10 days) + $35 Registration Fee per familly
– Full day camp (9:00am – 3:00pm) – $550.00 per camp for 2 weeks (10 days) + $55 per day for 2 hours of semi-private lessons+ $35 Registration Fee per familly
For afternoon session only (1:00pm – 3:00pm), the rates are the same as during the regular school year.
We are also offering a 10% discount for sibling registration in our camp.
Before and after camp care is available with an additional fee.
Before care: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
After care: 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Fee: $20 per care hour
Payment will be made as follows: Half of the total amount + the registration fee will be paid at the time of application. The remaining half of the total amount for the camp will be paid by June 25, 2025.

Cancellations & Refunds:
We know that sometimes plans change and you must withdraw your child from camp. Cancellations in registrations must be made in writing and are subject to the following:
– Full refund will be granted for written cancellation 30 days or more prior to the camp scheduled starting date.
– Written cancellation received less than 30 days but 10 days or more before the scheduled camp starting date, a 50% refund will be granted.
– Cancellations less than 10 days prior to scheduled camp starting date, will result in complete forfeiture of camp fees (all payments are non-refundable).
– Full refund will be granted if we have to cancel the camp due to any reason.
– No refund, reduction of fees or credit will be granted for late arrival, early departure, withdrawal, or dismissal.
– Medical Cancellation: All campers are subject to the above policy however, concessions may be made in the event of an unavoidable medical cancellation. Should you need to cancel your registration on medical grounds we ask that you provide a signed medical note from your Doctor and that you contact our Administrator directly to discuss the cancellation. In a case of major illness, injury, COVID-19 or serious family situation while at camp, refunds will be provided minus administrative fees ( $35) and the days spent at camp.
